How to Create your OHID account

1. Go to OHID Create Account.

2. Enter your email address. Choose an email address you’ll always be able to access.

3. Enter your email address again to confirm, and then select “Send PIN”.

4. Check your email for a message from DONOTREPLY-EnterpriseIdentity@ohio.gov that contains a one-time PIN.

5. Enter the one-time PIN from your email on the OHID website and select “Verify”. Once confirmed, select “Next”.

6. Enter your personal information, including name and date of birth. Then select “Next”.

7. Create your OHID username, then select “Next”.

8. Create your OHID password, confirm your password, then select “Next”.

9. Enter your mobile phone number to help you reset your password in the future. Then select “Send PIN”.

10. Check your mobile phone for a message with a PIN.

11. Enter the PIN into the OHID password recovery page, then select “Verify”. Once confirmed, select “Next”.

12. Review the terms and conditions, check the “I agree” box.

13. Select “Create Account”.

14. If you see a success message, check your email for a message from DONOTREPLY-EnterpriseIdentity@ohio.gov to confirm that your account has been created.

15. Success! Visit ohid.ohio.gov to log in.
